摘要
目的:寻求合理应用抗菌药物的方法。方法:分析目前我院临床不合理应用抗茵药物现象。结果:影响合理用药的原因有医师 因素、药师因素和社会因素。结论:合理用药是一项多方位系统工程,有关方面应共同努力,为开展合理用药创造良好环境。
OBJECTIVE: To search for a rational way to use antimicrobials. METHODS: To analyse the irrationality of clinical use of antimicrobials in our hospital .RESULTS: We found that three factors contributed to irrational use of drug: physicians' factor, pharmacists' factor and social factor .CONCLUSION: Rational drug - use is a many-sided systematic engineering. The parties concerned should make great efforts to creat a favourable environment for promoting rational use of drugs.
