摘要
目的研究抗菌药物在某三级医院的应用情况和发展趋势。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的限定日剂量为指标的分析方法,对该三级医院2005～2010年抗菌药物有关数据进行统计分析。结果该三级医院2005～2010年抗菌药物的用药金额呈逐年上升趋势,但其费用比率平稳,临床使用抗菌药物主要以头孢菌素类为主。结论该三级医院抗菌药物应用基本合理,但也存在一些问题,需加强抗菌药物的合理应用和规范化管理。
Objective To analyze the characteristics and tendency of the utilization of antibacterials in Central Hospital of Chenzhou First People＇s Hospital. Methods The consumption data including the consumption sum of antibacerials during 2005 - 2010 period were retrieved from hospital information system for a statistical analysis. Results The consumption sum of antibacterials increased year on year. Cephalosporins was the dominantly used antibacterials. Conclusion The Utilization of anfibacterials in our hospital is basically rational yet it is far from perfect, thus rational use and standard management on the use of antibacterals should be emphasized.
