摘要
目的 探讨如何提高急性胰腺外伤的诊断治疗水平。方法 1990年 1月至 2 0 0 0年 12月间 ,本院十余年2 0例胰腺外伤的病人进行回顾性分析。结果 术前经影像学检查明确诊断 17例 ( 85 % )。单纯胰腺缝合 12例 ,胰体、尾部分切除 6例 ,胰腺空肠吻合 2例。术后并发假胰腺囊肿 3例 ,延期拔管 2例 ,治愈 19例 ,术后死亡 1例。结论 由于影像医学的进步 ,胰腺外伤大多在术前即可明确诊断 ,为积极手术创造条件。善宁药物的临床应用可明显降低术后胰瘘并发症。对单纯局限性胰瘘 ,引流管可延长数月拔管 。
Objective: To discuss how to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of acute pancres injury. Method: Take retrospective for 20 patients with acute pancres injury in our hosptial from 1990.1～2000.12.Results: 17 Patients (85%) were given imaginal medicine examination before operation and make clear diagnosis Among them 12 patients were given simple Pancreses Sewed,6 Putients were sewed heads and tails. 2 Patients were given Coincide Pancreses with small intestines. After operated, 3 Patients had unreal Paneres cyst,2 Patients were Postphoned Put out tubes,Apart from one died, 19 Patients were cured. Conclusion: Following the imaginal medicine progress,most Pancerses injury would be clearly diagnosis before operation and made good cowditiou for activite operatiou, The patients toke shan ning cowld induce complication, For simple local pancres leak, the tubes can be delay several mother then put out it, and thus be cured.
