摘要
预防胰瘘是治疗胰腺肿瘤的重要课题。本文介绍了有关药物在预防胰瘘方面的应用 ;特别着重阐述了手术方法与胰瘘的关系 ,如胰腺空肠吻合、胰腺胃吻合。
