摘要
目的 探讨着丝点结构变异与消失对非整倍体细胞形成的影响作用。方法 采用Cd—NOR同步银染技术显示染色体Cd结构 ,并对 2 7例食管癌患者和 4 4例习惯性流产患者的Cd结构变异、Cd结构消失作了比较分析。结果 发现在食管癌患者和习惯性流产患者的Cd结构变化中主要是Cd结构变异和Cd结构消失的频率明显高于正常人。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between chromosome centromeric dots (Cd) and formation of eneuploidy cell Methods: Cd variation, Cd loss of 27 esophageal carcinoma patients and 44 habitual abortion patients were compared and analysed with Cd banding technique Results: It was found that the frequencies of Cd variation and Cd loss were higher in esophageal carcinoma patients and habitual abortion patients than those in healthy persons Conclusion: The results show that the increase of the 2 target frequencies may be one of the causes of the formation of aneuploidy cell
