目的 :探讨大型医院集中式门诊西药房的配 -发药模式。方法 :推行药签配 -发药系统。结果与结论 :配 -发药是药房的核心工作 ,应用相宜的计算机系统及合理调配人力后 ,可达至配药信息零差错、药剂员不手写、病人取药零等候、简明发药交代、药品信息管理及药剂员工作量统计自动化 ,提高了配
