摘要
目的探讨大中型综合医院门诊西药房的工作模式,以提高医院质量管理水平。方法对1997 年以来西安市中心医院门诊西药房的四种工作模式进行回顾和分析。结果四种工作模式基本适应当时的实际情况,但也都有其不足之处。结论门诊西药房的工作模式应结合医院的实际情况和能力来制定,这样才能提高医院质量管理水平并发挥其最大效能为临床服务。
Objective To study the working modes in outpatient pharmacy of medium - sized hospital, so as to improve level of health quality management of hospital. Methods To review and analyze the working modes since 1997 in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital. Results The four working modes adapt to the conditions of the time, but they all have some defects. Conclusion The working modes in outpatient pharmacy should be established with the conditions of hospital and improve level of health quality management, in this way, we could provide the full services for clinic.
