摘要
目的 :分析经输尿管镜下、气压、弹道碎石治疗上尿路结石的方法及其并发症的防治。方法 :使用输尿管镜下、气压、弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石 10 1例。结果 :一次性碎石的成功率为 93 % ,最快排石为术后 3d ,2个月内基本完全排出 ,并发症发生率为 2 % (2 / 10 1) ,其中 2例均为输尿管不同部位穿孔 ,无感染病例发生。结论 :输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石安全 ,快速 ,有效 。
Objective:To retrospectively analyed the clinical data in use of ureteroscpe pueumatic ballistic lithotrity in the treatment of uper urin ar y stones and the prevention of the complications.Methods:101 cases o f ureteric stones were treated with ballistic lithotripsy by means of ureteroreno scopy. Results:The success rate of the one stage in all patients wa s 93%.The average times of lithotripsy was 8～20min,2 cases of them have complic a tions during operation.Conclusions:Ballistis lithotripsy combined wi th ureterorenoscopy is a good model of intracoporal lithotripsy,because it has many advantages,such as high efficieny,reliable safety.It is the first choice in trea tment of urinary stone.
