Relationship between serum leptin and liver fibrosis in patients with alcoholic liver diseases.

摘要 瘦素(leptin)是由肥胖基因编码的产物.实验研究显示活化的肝星状细胞(HSC)瘦素合成明显增加[1],提示瘦素可能与肝纤维化有关.
