摘要
瘦素(leptin)是由肥胖基因编码的、具有多种功能的多肽类激素,目前关于瘦素在慢性肝病中的作用研究较多,此文就瘦素与肝非实质细胞、细胞因子的关系及在肝纤维化发展机制中的作用研究进展作一综述。
Leptin which is coded by oh gene and has so many different functions is an polypeptide. Now it has been considered to be has a relationship between chronic liver disease. In this article we review the advancement in the researchment on relationship between leptin and liver fibrosis.
