摘要
将处于热应激条件下的 192只 35周龄新罗曼褐壳蛋鸡随机分为 6组 ,分别饲喂不添加铬的玉米 -豆粕型基础饲粮和添加作为铬源的葡萄糖耐量因子 ( GTF) 10、2 0、30、4 0、5 0 mg/ kg的试验饲粮 ,5 2 d后取血清测血糖浓度 ,取胰腺制作切片观察组织结构。结果 :试验组亮胰岛、暗胰岛体积均增大 ,细胞排列紧密 ,结构完好 ,以 30、4 0 m g/ kg组变化最为明显 ;试验组血糖浓度均低于对照组 ,以 30 mg/ kg组最低 ;对照组胰岛体积变小 ,细胞结构模糊 ,亮胰岛的 B细胞出现破损、萎缩、变性、解体及裸核等现象。结果表明 ,热应激条件下蛋鸡胰岛细胞出现明显病变 ,补铬能够缓解热应激效应 ,显著改善胰岛细胞的结构和功能。
One hundred and ninety two layers,35 W old,were divided randomly six groups and fed with the diet added to 0,10,20,30,40,50 mg/kg GTF on the basic of the maize soybean meal diet respectively in the high heat environment.Blood glucose concentration was determined and pancreas section was made to survey the tissue structure after 52 d.Result:the volume of bright and dark pancreas islet all increased,and the cell arranged closely and the structure was complete in experimental groups,especially in layers added 30 40 mg/kg GTF.The blood glucose concentration of experimental groups were lower than that of control.The group added 30 mg/kg GTF was lowest.The volume of pancreas islet decreased and the cell structure was vague.The B cell in bright pancreas islet was damaged,atrophied,denatured,disintegrated and exposed.Conclusion:Pancreas islet cells of heat stressed layer occur the pathological changes obviously.Supplementation of appropriate chromium would alleviate the heat stress and improve the structure and function of pancreas islet cell in the heat stresed layer.
