迷迭香草粉对高温蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质和血清指标的影响 被引量:11

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加迷迭香草粉对高温蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、血液生化指标的影响。试验选用40周龄京粉1号蛋鸡360只,随机分成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只鸡。对照组饲粮中不含迷迭香草粉,试验组饲粮中分别含有0.3%、0.6%和0.9%的迷迭香草粉,试验期6周。结果表明:饲粮中添加0.3%迷迭香草粉组产蛋率和平均日总蛋重显著高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.9%迷迭香草粉组蛋壳强度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.3%迷迭香草粉组蛋黄颜色显著优于对照组(P<0.05);饲粮中添加0.3%迷迭香草粉组蛋鸡血清白蛋白(ALB)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加0.3%迷迭香草粉能有效提高高温季节蛋鸡产蛋性能和蛋品质。 The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary rosemary on laying performance,egg quality and serum indexes of laying hens at high temperature.Three hundred and sixty 40-week-old Jingfen No.1 layers were ran-domly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of 30 each.Control group contained no rosemary in diet,and experimental groups contained 0.3%,0.6% and 0.9% rosemary in diet respectively.Formal trial period was 6 weeks.The results showed that laying rate of experimental group contained 0.3% rosemary in diet was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01).Average daily total egg weight of experimental group contained 0.3% rosemary in diet was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).Eggshell strength of experimental group contained 0.9% rosemary in diet was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Egg yolk color of experimental group contained 0.3%rose-mary in diet was significantly better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).Album (ALB) level of experimental group contained 0.3% rosemary in diet was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05).In conclusion,experi-mental group contained 0.3% rosemary in diet could effectively improve the laying performance and egg quality of laying hens at high temperature in summer.
