可吸收夹板内固定治疗眶、上颌、颧骨复合骨折(附12例报告) 被引量:1

Clinical application of fixation treatment for one side orbital maxillary zygoma by using absorbable plates

摘要 目的 :探讨可吸收小夹板治疗单侧眶、上颌、颧骨复合骨折的临床效果。方法 :对 12例眶、上颌、颧骨复合骨折经头皮半冠状切口进行骨折解剖式复位 ,应用可吸收性小夹板内固定 ,观察临床效果。结果 :12例病例术后伤口均I期愈合 ,X线检查骨折复位与愈合良好 ,张口度改善明显 ,颜面形态恢复满意。结论 :经头皮冠状切口应用可吸收小夹板治疗眶、上颌、颧骨复合骨折 ,术后功能与形态恢复良好 ,临床治疗效果满意。 Objective:The exploration of clinical effect to applying absorbable plates to treat one side orbital maxillary zygoma.Method:12 patients with orbital maxillary zypma (OMZ) were operated to the bone fracture to be restored anatomically through hemicoronal approach. The fixation was being applied to absorbable plates. To observe the situation of recovering from bone fracture month opening and aesthetical.Result:After the operation the wounds of the 12 patients were all healed during the 1st period .Their bone fractures were restored and recovered good. The month opening were improved obviously and the aesthetical turn back pleased.Conclusion:To applying absorbable plates to treat OMZ, the operation for fracture could be restored anatomically. It is unnecessary to take the fixed plates out in second operation. The function and aesthetical of the patients turns back good. It also shows the clinical treatment effect as well.
