摘要
目的：应用头皮冠状切口手术治疗复杂面中份骨折的临床效果。方法：１４例面中份复杂骨折，其中４例尚合并下颌骨骨折。３例应用头皮全冠状切口，１１例为头皮半冠状切口进行手术治疗，骨折复位后采用微型钛板进行坚固内固定。结果：①面部外形：１３例正常，１例颧面部仍有轻度塌陷畸形。②张口度：全部正常。③牙合关系：９例正常，５例仍有轻度错牙合。结论：头皮冠状切口可使面中份骨折获得广泛暴露，可在直视下进行骨段的复位与微型钛板坚固内固定。
Objective:To report clinical results of coronal incision in the complex mid facial fractures.Methods:14 patients with complex mid facial fractures,4 cases of which accompanied by mandibular fractures.3 of 14 cases were undergone whole coronal incision,11 cases were given hemicoronal approach.Titanium miniplate system was used to rigid fixation of fractures.Results:Aesthetic outcomes of 13 cases were normal;mouth openings of all patients were normal;Occlusion of 9 cases was normal,5 patients had slight malocclusion.Conclusions:Using coronal incision could expose extensively the regions of mid facial fracture,reposition and rigid fixation of fractures may be carried out under direct vision;this method can make a good aesthetical and functional outcome to the complex cases of mid facial fracture.
