The effects of fau gene on the formation of cleft palate in mice

摘要 目的 :观察fau基因在维甲酸诱导的小鼠腭裂形成过程中的表达变化 ,探讨fau基因的表达与腭裂发生的相关性。方法 :利用原位杂交方法检测维甲酸诱导的腭裂实验组以及对照组的腭突组织中fau基因的表达。结果 :fau基因在实验组小鼠腭突组织中的表达水平明显高于对照组。结论 :fau基因在维持小鼠腭突组织的生长发育中起重要作用 ,而在腭突组织中的异常高表达与腭裂的形成有关。 Objective:To observe the expression of the fau gene in the formation of cleft palate of mice. To explore the relationship between the fau gene and the formation of cleft palate.Method:The expression of the fau gene in embryonic palatine process tissues in the experimental group induced by retinoic acid and control group was detected by in situ hibridization.Result:The expressional level of the fau gene was more higher in the experimental group than in the control group. Conclusion:The fau gene played an important role to maintain the growth and development of tissues of mice. The overexpression of the fau gene was related to the occurrence of cleft palate.
