摘要
目的 :实验观察排毒养颜胶囊对实验性糖尿病小鼠血糖及肾功能等指标的影响。方法 :采用四氧嘧啶对小鼠尾静脉注射造成小鼠糖尿病模型 ,分别连续灌胃给药 4周。观察以下指标 :①一般情况 ;②测定血糖 ;③测定肌酐及尿素氮 ;④计算肾脏器系数。结果 :给药后 2～ 4周 ,排毒养颜胶囊组小鼠血糖均显著低于模型对照组。给药 4周后 ,排毒养颜胶囊组小鼠血清尿素氮、肌酐水平、肾脏器系数均显著低于模型对照组。结论 :排毒养颜胶囊对糖尿病小鼠具有明显的降血糖及肾脏保护作用 ,从而可延缓糖尿病小鼠慢性肾功能衰竭。
Object:To investigate the effect of Pai-du-yang-yan capsule on blood sugar and renal function in diabetic mice.Methods:Diabetic mice were induced by injection (iv) of alloxan.Blood sugar.blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels were investigated.Results:Pai-du-yang-yan capsule significantly reduced blood sugar level,blood urea nitrogen,and creatinine level.Conclusion:Pai-du-yang-yan capsule had effect on reduction of blood sugar and protection of kidney in diabetic mice.
