摘要
目的 :建立清脑口服液中人参皂苷Rg1 的含量测定方法。方法 :HPLC法 ,ZorbaxC1 8(4 6mm× 2 5 0mm)色谱分析柱 ;流动相 :乙腈 0 4磷酸水溶液 (19∶81) ,检测波长 2 0 5nm。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1 含量测定线性范围为 0 32～ 3 2 5 μg ,平均回收率10 0 8% ,RSD为 2 4 3%。结论 :方法可靠 ,简单可行 ,为建立清脑口服液的质量标准提供了科学依据。
Object:To set up the method of content determination of ginsenosides Rg\-1 in Qingnao oral liquid.Methods:HPLC,mobile phase:Acetonitrile-0\^4%H\-3PO\-4 solution (19∶81),detection wavelength:205nm.Results:The standard curve was linear in the range of 0\^32～3.52μg.The average recovery rate and RSD were 100\^8% and 2\^39%.Conclusion:This method is accurate,reliable and provides a scientic index for controlling the qualities of Qingnao oral liquid.
