摘要
对不同产地的丝瓜叶及茎水煎煮提取,D 101大孔树脂分离纯化,石油醚、正丁醇萃取,得总皂苷.将总皂苷用硅胶H多次柱色谱分离,得单个皂苷.结果表明,平顶山产丝瓜叶总皂苷产率最高,濮阳产丝瓜茎总皂苷产率最高;从丝瓜茎叶中分离提取得化合物L-1和L-2,为人参皂苷Rg 1和人参皂苷Re.
Water extraction from leaves and stems of luffa from different habitats was carried out. The water extracts were separated and purified by D 101 maeroporous resin, and it was extracted with petroleum ether and n-butanol to obtain total saponins. The total saponins were separated by silica gel H multiple column chromatography to obtain single saponin. The results showed that the yield of the total saponins of the luffa leaves was the highest in the Pingdingshan, and the yield of the total saponins of the luffa stems was the highest in the Puyang. The compounds L-1 and L-2 were isolated and extracted from the luffa stems and leaves, which was ginsenoside Rg 1 and ginsenoside Re.
