摘要
目的了解长期从事ICU工作护士的心理状态 ;探讨降低ICU护士心理压力的措施。方法使用SCL 90和卡特尔 16种人格因素量表 (Catell 16PF)对 2 5名ICU护士 (观察组 )及 2 5名普通病房工作的护士 (对照组 )进行心理测试。结果观察组SCL 90中的强迫、抑郁、焦虑等因子分显著高于对照组 ;Catell 16PF评分中的稳定性明显低于对照组 ,敏感性、紧张性等人格特质明显高于对照组 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论长期从事ICU工作的护士相对心理稳定性较低 ,敏感性及紧张性较高。造成一定程度的抑郁、焦虑心理。应进行定期心理评估 ,采取适当措施减轻ICU护士的心理压力 ,以减少工作失误 ,提高工作效率。
Objective To access the psychological conditions of the nurses who have worked in ICU for a long time, learn their psychological characters, set up a method to evaluate their mental pressure and discuss the possible ways to resolve their problem. Methods A SCL-90 Scale and Catell-16PF scale were used to make psychological tests on an ICU group, which includes 25 nurses who have worked in ICU for more than 3 years, and the control group. Results The scores of some factors by SCL-90 such as anxiety, depression and compulsion in ICU group were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05). And there were significant differences between the two groups in the stability, sensitivity and tensity determined by Catell-16PF. Conclusion A psychological accessment is necessary for the nurses who have worked in ICU for a long time. Appropriate measurements should be taken to release their mental pressure. To those who have shown some psychological symptoms, a psychological consultation and therapy is needed to prevent mistakes in their job and improve their work efficiency.
