摘要
目的探讨不同饮食护理方法对子宫切除病人围术期营养状况的影响。方法将 89例子宫肌瘤行子宫切除的病人随机分为对照组 4 4例 ,观察组 4 5例。对照组予以传统的饮食护理 ;观察组实施调整后的饮食护理。结果观察组术后血浆蛋白、白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数下降均较对照组轻 ,差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论对子宫切除病人围术期实施新的饮食护理 ,能有效地提高病人的营养状况 ,不同程度地降低并发症发生率。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the perioperative diet nursing and nutritional status. Methods Eighty-nine cases of hysteromyoma receiving uterectomy were randomly divided into control group (n=44) subject to routine diet nursing and observation group (n=45) undergoing adjusted diet nursing. Results In the observation group, the reduction of plasma proteins, albumin and count of lymphocytes after operation were slighter than in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The perioperative implementation of new diet nursing intervention could effectively improve the nutritional status of the patients and decrease the incidence of complications to varying degrees.
