摘要
目的了解肾病综合征病人的特征,进行针对性护理。方法根据临床症候,将50例肾病综合征病人辨证分为3型:肾阳虚型、肾阴虚型、脾肾两虚型,并采取针对性的护理,使病人从精神、饮食、疾病体征等方面得到良好的护理。结果经过1个疗程(8周)中药治疗及中医辨证施护,治疗显效41例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率为90.0%。结论根据肾病综合征分型进行有效的护理,可提高治疗效果。
To study the features of patients with nephritic syndrome and nursing measures. Method Fifty cases were divided into three types: 20 cases of insufficiency of the kidney-yang, 20 cases of deficiency of kidney-yin, 10 cases of asthenia of both spleen and kidney. Oriented nursing measures were also applied to care the patients from mental, dietary and morbid aspects. Results The treatment is significantly effective in 41 cases and is moderately effective in 4 cases, while there was no effect in 5 cases. The total effective rate is 90.0%. Conclusion Nursing the patients according to their nephritic syndrome types can improve the effect of treatment.
