摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定西洋参中人参皂苷 Rb1 的含量。方法 采用 Kromasil C1 8柱 ,乙腈 -甲醇 -水 ( 2 5 5∶ 744∶ 11)用磷酸调 p H至 3 .0。结果 测得线性范围 1.0～ 2 .4μg( r=0 .9999) ,平均回收率为 99.4%,RSD为 1.1%( n=3 )。结论 本法简便、快速。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of the content of Ginsenoside Rb 1 in Radix Panacis Quinquefolii.METHODS Using RP HPLC with Kromasil C 18 as column,acetonitrile methanol H 2O(255∶744∶11)(phosphoric adjused the solution to pH3 0).RESULTS The linear correlation was observed is the range 1 0～2 4μg(r=0 9999).The aderage recovery was 99 4%,RSD=1 1%(n=3).CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick and specific.
