摘要 目的 评价健康教育在高危儿早期干预中的对父母养育行为的影响。方法 采用以家庭为中心 ,与医疗相结合的干预模式 ,以指导教育父母为主要内容的综合干预方法 ,对 6 3例高危新生儿及家长进行跟踪追访 ,并对家长进行问卷调查 ;同时 ,对 6 4例同龄正常儿童的家长进行相同的问卷调查 ,两组结果进行比较。结果 在孩子的日常生活规律性 (进食、大 /小便、睡眠等 )、主要抚养人提供的软环境 (进行早期干预或教育的态度和方法 )、家中提供的硬环境 (活动空间、玩具、图书、小床等 )等方面 ,干预组与对照组比较均显示良好的效果。结论 以家庭为中心 ,与医疗相结合的干预模式 ,从指导教育父母为主要内容的综合干预方法 。 Objective To evaluate the effects of health education in early intervention in high risk neonates upon the child rearing behaviors of the parents Methods Early intervention in 63 high risk neonates, 38 boys and 25 girls, was practiced in the form of parent education, family visit, telephone counseling, lectures, special guidance and training, and specialized treatment with correct child rearing as its main content A questionnaire survey was conducted when the specific child was 2~2 5 years old Sixty one normal neonates, 34 boys and 27 girls, born in the same year were used as controls Results The main rearers of children in the 2 groups were all the mothers who were matched in education, profession, economic level, and housing size. The conditions of duration of sleeping time, duration of in door and out door activities, and regularity of eating, defecation, and urination were better in the intervention group in comparison with the control group (all P<0 01) The children in the intervention group had more toys then the controls (P<0 01) The percentage of children who had their own cots was higher in the intervention group (P<0 01) The parents of the intervention group provided more time for in door and out door activities and specialized intellectual training (P<0 01) and were more likely to meet their children's psychological needs The percentage of the parents regarding early education as the main influencing factor of children's intelligence was higher in the intervention group (χ 2=16 99, P<0 01) Conclusion The intervention centering upon the family, combining medical treatment,emphasizing instructing the parents exerts an active influence on the parents' child rearing behaviors
