摘要
根据BPL信号的特点,在不影响现有用户使用的前提下,采用站标志脉冲闪烁编码的方法,把UTC钟面、DUT_1时间内容增加进去,以便有效地服务于用户,同时提出了建议采用的编码格式。
In order to convenience the users of BPL time signals, it is suggested to add UTC clock display and DUT_1 time messages to the time signals transmitted. A method of master transmission station mark-pulse coding and the suggested pattern of the coding are recommended in this paper, which would offer more effective time service without interfering the existing use.
