摘要
目的 探讨亚低温治疗对血小板聚集功能的影响及其机制。方法 检测大鼠脑损伤亚低温治疗后血浆血小板计数 (BPC)、血小板聚集功能 (PagT)及血栓素B2 (TXB2 )和 6 酮前列腺素F1α(6 Keto PGF1α)的含量 ,并观察其变化趋势。结果 大鼠脑损伤后 6h内血小板趋向为高聚集状态 ,6h后反之 ;而亚低温治疗组 6h内血小板聚集功能较低 ,6h后则增强。结论 亚低温对脑损伤早期血小板高聚集状态的改善 ,可能与抑制TXA2 和增加PGI2
Objective To investigate the effects of hypothermia on platelet aggregation function and its mechanism. Methods We observed the content of BPC, PagT, TXB 2and 6-Keto- PGF 1α in plasm of brain-injured rats after treatment with hypothermia for 6 hours. Results Blood platelet aggregation function inclined to increase within 6 hours of the injury, but it decreased after 6 hours. Conversely, the blood platelet aggregation function remained in low level until 6 hours later. Conclusion The improvement of hypothermia on high blood platelet aggregation function in the early stage of brain injury may be related to the inhibition on TAX 2and increased concentration of PGI 2caused by hypothermia.
