摘要
目的 :探讨多用途弓及摇椅形唇弓治疗成人前牙深覆的临床疗效。方法 :使用X线头影测量方法对两种疗法的结果进行分析。结果 :两者在打开咬合的时间上无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,但两者作用的部位不同。结论 :前牙深覆的矫治应根据不同的机制采用不同的技术手段 ,多用途弓可用于高角型和均角型深覆的矫治 ,摇椅形唇弓则应禁用于高角型深覆患者。
s Objective:To study the effect of treating deepbite by utility arch or rackety chair archwire.Methods:Cephalometrics were used before and after treatment with utility arch or rackety chair archwire respectively.Results:There were no significant difference in time of leveling the curve of Spee when the deepbite was corrected by the utility arch or rackety chair archwire.But its mechanisms of leveling the curve of Spee were different.Conclusion:It is better to correct the deepbite of patients with upper or normal angle pattern by the utility arch.And rackety chair archwire should not be used for upper angle patten.
