摘要
目的 :评价高度近视眼黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的手术效果。方法 :对 16例高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者行玻璃体切除 ,眼内填充C3F8或硅油。结果 :16只眼中 15只眼黄斑裂孔闭合视网膜复位 ,13只眼术后视力提高。结论 :玻璃体切除联合眼内填充C3F8或硅油治疗高度近视眼黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离是安全有效的。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole in high myopia.Methods:16 eyes of 16 high myopic patients with retinal detachment due to macular hole underwent vitrectomy combined with the adjunction of C 3F 8 or silicone oil.Results:Macular hole closed and retina reattached in 15 eyes.The improved acuity was achieved in 13 eyes.Conclusion:The using of vitrectomy combined with the adjunction of C 3F 8 or silicone oil is safe and efficient for the treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole in high myopia.
