玻璃体手术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离 被引量：2

摘要 目的　探讨玻璃体手术治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离的临床疗效和初次手术失败原因。方法　对 6 5例 (6 5只眼 )高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离患者 ,施行经睫状体扁平部的玻璃体手术及惰性气体填充 (C3F8或C2 F6) ,术后随访 8～ 2 1个月 (平均 1 3 .2月 )。结果　初次手术 5 6只眼视网膜复位 (占 86 .2 % ) ;9只失败眼 ,3只眼经补气成功 ,4只眼再次玻璃体手术联合惰性气体或硅油填充成功 ,2只眼放弃治疗。除 2例未复位者 ,余视力均提高 ,其中 0 .0 5及以上者占 6 9.2 %。结论　玻璃体手术是治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔视网膜脱离简单、安全、有效的方法。
