摘要
目的 :研究牛磺酸对肝纤维化形成的影响。方法 :采用四氯化碳 (CCl4 )诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型 ,分别采用高剂量及低剂量牛磺酸干预 ,测定血清转化生长因子 β1 (TGF β1 )、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、透明质酸 (HA)、Ⅲ型前胶原 (PCⅢ )。结果 :牛磺酸治疗组明显抑制HA、PCⅢ、TGF β1 、TNFα的水平。结论 :牛磺酸具有抗实验性大鼠肝纤维化作用 ,其机制可能与抑制TGF β1 、TNFα的水平有关。
Objective:To investigate the effect of taurine on the development of hepatic fibrosis.Methods:The model rats livers were made to be fibrotic by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4).Taurine was administrated at the vast dose group and lower dose group.The variety of hyaluronic acid(HA),procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α) in the rats serum were observed.Results:In the taurine treating group,the level of HA,PCⅢ,TGF β 1 and TNF α dropped remarkably.Conclusion:Taurine can prevent the progress of hepatic fibrosis in rats,which may associate with that taurine plays a role in inhibiting the level of TGF β 1.
