摘要
目的提高临床护理教学质量。方法随机选取护理大专实习生50人,实习前期以传统教学方法教学,实习后期以改进后的临床教学方法教学,分别对两种临床教学方法进行满意度调查。结果两种教学方法满意度对比,经字2检验,其中6项有显著性差异。分别为:教学方法(字2=4.32,P<0.05),教学内容(字2=5.14,P<0.05),操作训练(字2=4.10,P<0.05),健康教育能力(字2=3.11,P<0.05),教学查房(字2=4.12,P<0.05),专题讲座(字2=3.95,P<0.05)。改进临床护理教学方法后,护生对临床护理教学满意度明显提高。结论临床护理教学方法需要在临床带教中不断改进,以提高教学质量。
Objective To improve the quality of clinical nursing teaching.Methods50students majoring in nursing were selected at random.In the first period of clinical practice,they received traditional methodology of teaching and in the second,they were taught with developed clinical teaching methods.Their satisfaction with the two methods was surveyed by comparison.Res ults The comparison between the two methods showed significant differences at6items by~ 2 test:teaching methods(~ 2 =4.32,P<0.05),teaching contents(~ 2 =5.14,P<0.05),practical exercise(~ 2 =4.10,P<0.05),ability of health education(~ 2 =3.11,P<0.05)and teaching by ward round(~ 2 =4.12,P<0.05)and lectures(~ 2 =3.95,P<0.05).It indicates that after development of teaching methods,the satisfaction of students was obviously increased.Conclus ion The teaching methods in clinical nursing needs improvement in continuous practice.
