摘要
目的比较护理专业学生实习满意度情况,掌握临床护理教学改革的实际效果,发现存在的问题,为进一步修订教学计划提供依据。方法采用回顾性对照设计,将80名护理本科学生按实习时间先后顺序分组。2009年6月至2010年4月为对照组,采用临床教学路径模式;2010年6月至2011年4月为试验组,采用临床教学路径结合目标教学管理模式。通过自行设计的问卷对学生进行实习满意度调查,调查内容涉及教学环境、教学方法、教学效果及教学管理4个方面17个条目。结果临床教学路径结合目标教学管理模式与单纯临床教学路径模式相比,实习生满意度提高(P<0.05)。结论临床教学路径结合目标教学管理模式实施后,改善了人文教学环境,更新了教学内容与方法,有效提高教学效果及教学管理效能,从而提升学生实习满意度。
Objective To compare the nursing students' satisfaction with different practice teaching modes,to grasp the ac- tual effects of the clinical nursing teaching reform,and to identify gaps so as to provide a basis for further amendments to the teaching program. Methods A retrospective controlled design was used and 80 undergraduate nursing students were grouped by order of practice time(June 2009 to April 2010 as control group,and June 2010 to April 2011 as experimental group). Clinical teaching path model was used in the control group,while the mode combining clinical pathway with management by objectives teaching was used in the experimental group. Nursing students' satisfaction with practice was investigated through self-designed questionnaire containing 17 items on four aspects of teaching and learning environment,teaching methods,teach- ing effectiveness and teaching management. Results Compared with simple clinical teaching path mode ,clinical teaching path combined with management by objectives teaching mode improved the students satisfaction significantly(P〈0.05). Conclusion Implementation the teaching mode of clinical teaching path combined with management by objectives improves humanities teaching and learning environment,updates the teaching contents and methods,and improves teaching effectiveness so as to enhance nursing students' satisfaction.
