摘要
目的观察毫米波治疗化疗药物外渗的疗效。方法将20例化疗药物外渗病例按时间排序随机分为2组,敷药组局部冷敷后以肤轻松软膏外敷;毫米波组在敷药组基础上于24h后加用毫米波治疗仪局部照射。结果毫米波组9例中5例痊愈,4例有效;敷药组11例中1例痊愈,7例有效,3例无效;经字2检验有显著性差异。结论毫米波作为治疗药物外渗治疗方法之一,有临床应用价值。
Objective To understand the therapeutic efficacy of millimeter wave used to treat exudation of chemotheraputic drugs.Methods20cases of exudation of chemotheraputic drugs were randomly divided into two groups:9cases as controls were treated with application of fluocinolone acetonide after local cold compress;Another11cases forming an experimental group received local treatment with millimeter wave24hours after the same treatment as in the former group.Res ults In the observational group,5cases got recovered and4were treated effectively.In the control group,1got recovered,7were treated effectively and3ineffectively.~ 2 test showed significant differences between the two groups.Conclus ion As a treating method to treat exudation of chemotherapeutic drug,millimeter wave is effective,worth popularizing.
