摘要
目的:观察旋转磁场对断肢家免的止痛效应。方法:采用行为测痛方法,以饱和KCl溶液电极作用于家免右前肢足背部皮肤刺痛,动物开始出现撤腿反射为痛阈反应指标,测定家免断肢前后痛阈及旋转磁场对其的影响。结果:断肢后比断肢前痛阈明显降低(P<0.01),旋转磁场治疗1周后痛阈又明显升高(P<0.01),而对照组无明显变化。结论:磁疗可缓解疼痛,促进创伤愈合。提示磁疗可作为骨折和创伤止痛的辅助疗法。
—玂bjective:To observe the pain-relieving effect of rotating magnetic field on limb-severed rabbits.Methods:By behaviour pai ̄nmeasuring means,using electrode of saturated KCl solution to stab skin on the back of right-front feet of rabbits.The pain threshold of rabbits was determined before and after limb-severing using reflect of leg-withdrawing as response target of pain threshold,and the effect of rotating magnetic on the pain threshold of rabbits was studied.Results:The pain threshold of rabbits was obviously lowered by limb-severing(P<0.01),and pain threshold of these rabbits was markedly increased after one week’s treatment with rotating magnetic field(P<0.01),while no obvious change occured in the control group.Conclusion:Magnetic treatment can relieve pain and accelerate traumas’, healing.This suggests that magnetic treatment can be used as an auxiliary pain-killing treatment in the cases of fracture and traumas.
