神经外科手术麻醉的进展 被引量:23

摘要 神经外科是医学领域中发展极为迅速的学科之一,九十年代是"大脑的十年",诸如计算机断层扫描、核磁共振、正电子扫描、导航技术以及血管内介入治疗的应用,新的监测仪正在进人手术室,使过去被认为所谓手术"禁区"均可以通过先进的神经影象学的精确定位,在严密的电生理监测下完成微创手术,与此相适应的近十年来神经外科麻醉的进步,先进的临床技能及贯穿在整个围术期的全方位的监护条件下,对维持围术期血液动力学、颅内压和脑灌注压的稳定,保证脑氧供和氧耗的平衡,保持颅内顺应性和血脑屏障的功能完好提供了条件,把手术麻醉的并发症及神经功能损伤减少到最小[1].
