舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于神经外科手术麻醉的临床分析被引量：7

摘要目的讨论舒芬太尼与芬太尼用于神经外科手术麻醉的临床效果。方法随机选取神经外科手术治疗患者50例,分成对照组和实验组各25例,两组均使用静脉符合麻醉,对照组使用芬太尼麻醉,实验组使用舒芬太尼麻醉。结果两组在麻醉诱导前HR、SBP、DBP的比较无明显差异(P>0.05),在麻醉诱导时最低值、拔管时最高值、人工气腹后最高值HR、SBP、DBP与麻醉后相比均明显降低(P<0.05);实验组术后清醒时间和气管拔管时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼在神经外科手术的麻醉中效果优异,有很好的临床应用和推广价值。
