摘要
为了寻找快速鉴别旋毛虫死活的染色方法。用 0 .0 3 %美蓝、美蓝 -伊红 -硼砂染液 (M.E.B)和 1%中性红3种染液 ,对死或活旋毛虫幼虫和成虫进行染色。结果 3种染液均能使死亡旋毛虫幼虫在 1分钟内着色 ,活虫则不着色。 3种染液对旋毛虫死、活成虫均不着色。结论认为
Object: To search for plain and prompt methods in determination of viability of Trichinella spiralis . Methods: The larvae and adult worms of Trichinella spiralis were stained by 0.03% Methylene blue, Methylene blue eosin borax(M.E.B.) and 1% Neutral red, respectively. Results; The dead larvae were stained in one minute and the vital larvae were unstained with all three stains. The vital and dead of adults were unstained in the study. Conclusion: The three stains were plain and prompt methods in determination of the viability of Trichinella spiralis larvae.
