酒精对旋毛虫感染性幼虫杀伤作用的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究酒精对旋毛虫感染性幼虫的杀伤作用。方法在体外模拟胃内环境条件下,旋毛虫肌幼虫用不同浓度酒精处理不同时间后用美蓝-伊红-硼砂(M.E.B.)染液鉴定肌幼虫的死活;将酒精处理后的肌幼虫经口接种小鼠,观察幼虫在小肠中发育为成虫的数量及生殖力。结果肌幼虫在酒精中的存活时间随酒精浓度的升高而缩短,肌幼虫在45°酒精中30min的死亡率为100%(96/96),而肌幼虫在65°酒精中10min的死亡率为100%(90/90)。肌幼虫用30°、25°、20°酒精分别处理2h、4h、4h时,染色法表明幼虫的存活率分别为57.6%(76/132)、98.6%(70/71)及100%(136/136),但接种小鼠后未在小肠和肌肉中发现成虫和幼虫;含幼虫的小鼠肌肉经35°、30°、25°酒精处理0.5h、2h、4h后接种小鼠,从小肠和肌肉中亦未回收到虫体。结论20°以上酒精对旋毛虫肌幼虫有较强的杀伤作用,虽然酒精处理后的肌幼虫仍是活的,但已丧失了感染性。结果提示,生食或半生食肉类及肉制品时适量饮用白酒对预防旋毛虫感染有一定作用。  Objective To study the killing effect of alcohol on Trichinella spiralis infective larvae. Methods The muscle larvae were obtained from the Kunming mice experimentally infected with T. spiralis. The viability of the muscle larvae was observed by Methylene blue-eosin-borax (M.E.B.) staining after treating with the different concentration of alcohol for different time in the condition of mimic gastric environment. The mice were orally inoculated with the larvae treated by the different concentration of alcohol. The development of the larvae in intestine and its reproductive capacity were observed in mice. Results The survival time of muscle larvae in alcohol was shorted with the increase of alcohol concentration, the mortality rate of larvae in 45° alcohol for 30 min and in 65° alcohol for 10 min were 100% (96/96) and 100% (90/90). Although the M.E.B. staining results showed the survival rate of larvae in 30°, 25°, 20°alcohol for 2h, 4h and 4h were 57.6% (76/132), 98.6% (70/71) and 100% (136/136),respectively, neither adult worms in intestine nor larvae in muscle were observed in the mice inoculated with larvae treated by alcohol. No worms were not recovered from intestine and muscle of mice inoculated with the infected muscles treated in 35°, 30°, 25° alcohol for 0.5h, 2h and 4h, respectively. Conclusion The alcohol above 20° has the strong killing effect on Trichinella muscle larvae. Although the muscle larvae treated in alcohol are still viable, they have lost their infectivity. The results suggest that drinking of alcohol at the time of raw or undercooked meat consumption have some party in prevention of Trichinella infection.
