茂名口岸鼠形动物及其体外寄生虫种群消长调查和相关自然疫源性疾病的预测研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 调查茂名口岸鼠形动物及其体外寄生虫的种群和消长情况 ,对相关自然疫源性疾病的流行风险进行预测。方法 采用一般的病媒生物调查方法和血清学检测方法。结果 鼠形动物有 2目 2科 4属 7种 ,蚤有 1种 ,革螨有 2科 5属 6种 ,恙螨有 2科 5属 12种 ,硬蜱有 1科 1属 1种。年度动物染蚤、革螨、恙螨、硬蜱感染率分别为 8.8%、3 9.2 %、3 1.1%、4.0 % ,感染率最高的动物分别为褐家鼠、黄毛鼠、海南屋顶鼠、黄毛鼠。年度动物染蚤、革螨、恙螨、硬蜱感染指数分别为 0 .2、3 .5、3 6.3、0 .1,感染指数最高的分别为褐家鼠、黄胸鼠、黄毛鼠、海南屋顶鼠、板齿鼠。血清学检测发现斑疹伤寒阳性 2 2份 ,感染率 10 .0 0 % ;恙虫病阳性 16份 ,感染率 7.2 7% ;肾综合征出血热 (HFRS)阳性 7份 ,感染率3 .18% ;钩端螺旋体阳性 1份 ,感染率 0 .45 %。结论 茂名口岸地区存在恙虫病、HFRS发生和流行的风险。 Objective To investigate the background on population and growth-decline of murine animals and their ecto parasites in Maoming port, and forecast the epidemic risk of related disease of natural infectious focus. Methods The common method of vector biological survey and the serological dectetion method were used. Results There were 7 species of murine animal (4 genera,2 families and 2 orders),1 species of flea,6 species of Gamasid mite (5 genera and 2 families ),12 species of chigger (5 genera and 2 family) and 1 species of ixodid.The annual infection rate of animals with flea, Gamasid mite,chigger and ixodid was respectively 8.8%, 39.2%, 31.1% and 4.0%. R.norvegicus,R.losea,R.hainanicus and R.losea are among the animals of top infection rate. The annual infection index of animals infected with flea,Gamasid mite,chigger and ixodid was respectively 0.2, 3.5, 36.3 and 0.1.The animals with high parasites infection index were R.norvegicus,R.flavipectus, R.losea, R.hainanicus and Bandicota. Serological exams show that 22 cases of endmic typhus with 10.00% infection rate, 16 cases of scrub typhus with 7.27% infection rate, 7 cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever with 3.18% infection rate and 1 case of leptospirosis with 0.45% infection rate have been found. Conclusion There exists the epidemic risk of scrub typhus and epidemic hemorrhagic fever in Maoming port area.
