摘要
目的 :了解温州地区广州管圆线虫终宿主感染情况 ,为本地区广州管圆线虫防治工作提供参考依据。方法 :剖检温州各地捕获之鼠 2 0 6 9只。结果 :鼠平均感染率为 15 .3% ,褐家鼠、黄毛鼠、黄胸鼠感染率分别为 2 0 .4%、6 .0 %、4.6 %。结论 :温州地区鼠类广泛感染广州管圆线虫 ,其中褐家鼠是最主要的终末宿主 。
Objective:To understand the infectious conditions of rat by Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Wenzhou district, thus to provide scientific basis for the prevention and cure of Angiostrongyliosis cantonensis in Wenzhou.Methods:2069 rats were dissected to examine adults of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Wenzhou. Results:The average infection rate of rat was 15.3%.The infection rates of Rattus norvegicus and R. Losea and R. flavipectus were 20.4%,6.0% and 4.6% respectively.Conclusion:The rats of Wenzhou were widely infected by Angiostrongylus cantonensis. Rattus norvegicus in Wenzhou, with a higher infection rate than that of any other species of rat in China, was the most important final host.
