摘要
采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对不同耳型的塞北兔血液中的红细胞酯酶(Es-1,Es-3)、红细胞碳酸酐酶(CA)、前转铁蛋白(Prt)、后白蛋白(Po)和血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)5个蛋白位点进行了检测分析.结果表明,不同耳型的塞北免群体,多态蛋白位点的基因型比例不同.
Five blood protein loci of different ear-type in Saibei Rabbit,including Erythrocyte es- terase(Es-1,Es-3),Carbonic anhydrase(CA),Pretransferrin(Prt),and Serum alkaline(AKP), were detected by vertical polyacrlamide gel eleetrophoresis.The results show that there are different genotype ration of polymorphic protein loci in different ear-type of Saibei Rabbit.
