摘要
采集 30头四川白猪血样 ,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法 ,测定血清中运铁蛋白 (Tf)、前白蛋白(Pa)、后白蛋白 (Po)、血液结合素 (Hp)的多态型 ,估测其基因型频率和基因频率。测定结果表明 :四川白猪运铁蛋白有AA、AB、AC、BB、BC、CC六种表现型 ,前白蛋白有AA、AB、BB三种表现型 ,后白蛋白有AA、AB、BB三种表现型 ,血液结合素有 0 - 1、1 - 1、1 - 2、2 - 2、2 - 3五种表现型 ,其频率分别为 :0 0 6 6 7、0 2 0 0 0、0 2 6 6 7、0 2 0 0 0、0 2 333、0 0 333、0 4 333、0 4 6 6 7、0 1 0 0 0、0 5 333、0 30 0 0、0 1 6 6 7、0 30 0 0、0 4 6 6 7、0 0 333、0 1 0 0 0、0 1 0 0
The blood sample were collected from 30 Sichuan White Pigs.Polymorphism of Transeferrin (Tf) Prealbumin (Pa) Postalbumin (Po)and Hemopexin (Hp)were determinted by the polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The genotype frequency and gene frequency were estimated. The results showed:Tf、Pa、Po and Hp of Sichuan White Pigs exist AA、AB、AC、BB、BC、CC six different types,AA、AB and BB three different types AA、BB and AB three different types and 0-1、1-1、1-2、2-2、2-3five different types respectively.Their genotype frequency is 0.0667、0.2000、0.2667、0.2000、0.2333、0.0333、0.4333、0.4667、0.1000、0.5333、0.3000、0.1667、0.3000、0.4667、0.0333、0.1000、0.1000respectivel.
