摘要
从健康婴儿粪便中分离出两株厌氧无芽胞杆菌 ,经鉴定为短双歧杆菌。经驯化 ,成为在牛乳中生长良好 ,并使牛乳在 10 h内迅速凝固的菌种。它能耐受 1.0 %的胆盐和 0 .2 %的苯酚 ,对 p H3.5有较强的抵抗力 ,且保存性能良好。
Two anoxic non-spore bacillus strains isolated from baby feces were identified as B. breve .Through training period of time,B_ 5101 to be grown by anaerobic condition,change into grows good in milk,and make the milk concretion in 10 hours.The strain was tolerant to 1.0% bile salt and 0.2% phenol and pH3.5.It has an excellent reserved specialty.
