摘要
目的:观察中药“脱发再生灵”促毛发生长效果。方法:选用豚鼠50只,分为脱发再生灵高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、生发酊组(阳性对照)、赋形剂组(阴性对照组)。连续涂抹21天,每天测量各组动物毛发长度。结果:(1)从给药第6天起,低剂量组与赋形剂组比较毛发增长的长度差异有显著性P<0.05;从给药第8天起,高、中、低剂量组及生发酊组均与赋形剂组比较,差异均有极显著性P<0.01,P<0.001并保持到实验末期。(2)脱发再生灵高、中、低剂量组与阴性组比较给药皮肤的毛囊数、毛细血管数、毛细血管管径及棘层细胞数量等均有显著性差异P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001。结论:脱发再生灵能扩张豚鼠真皮浅层毛细血管,增加局部供血量,改善局部微循环,加强毛囊营养,促进毛发生长和再生。
objective: the hair growth situation of the tuo fa zai sheng ling of hair regeneration Methods: 50guinea pigs weighted 250- 300g are divided 5 groups :the low, the middle, the high dosage , the positive and the negative control group . Medicating daily on 21 days ,the hair length are tested everyday Results: Compared with the negative tontrol, the hair length of growth in each experimental group shows great significan difference (P<0. 01,P<0. 001). Also the histology results have indicated that the panacea of hair regeneration is able to enlarge grinea pig's dermis capillary vessel increase the volume of blood flowing, promote the micro -corculation, improve nutrition of follicle. Conclusion The agent is able to promote of tuo fa zai sheng ling hair regeneration.
