摘要
目的观察褪黑素对H22荷瘤小鼠模型肿瘤生长的抑制效果。方法复苏并培养H22细胞,将H22细胞以皮下注射方式接种到小鼠右侧腋部,建立H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤模型,随机分为生理盐水组(对照组)、10mg/kg褪黑素组、20mg/kg褪黑素组,腹腔注射,1次/d,共注射14d,接种肿瘤15d后处死小鼠,观察肿瘤质量体积及肿瘤转移情况。结果成功构建H22荷瘤小鼠模型,褪黑素治疗组中,小鼠肿瘤的质量、体积较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),且具有一定的量效关系。结论 褪黑素对H22荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长有明显抑制效果。
Objective To observe the inhibiting effect of melatonin on the tumor growth in H22 tumor BALB/c mice models. Methods H22 ceils were recovered and cultivated, and hypodermically seeded into the right armpit of the mice. The H22 tumor BALB/c mice models were established and randomly divided into three groups: normal saline group, 10 mg/kg melatonin group and 20 mg/kg melatonin group. These three groups were subjected to intraperitoneal injections once a day totally for 14 days. All the mice were sacrificed by day 15 after seeding, and the weight and spreading of tumors were observed and recorded. Results The H22 tumor BALB/c mice models were successfully established. The weight and volume of tumors were significantly reduced in the melatonin groups in comparison with control group (P〈0.05), showing a certain dose effect relationship. Conclusion Melatonin has significant inhibiting effect on the growth of tumor in H22 tumor BALB/c mice.
