摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定替硝唑栓中替硝唑的含量。采用lichrosorbC1 8色谱柱 (5μm ,4 6mm×2 0 0mm) ,甲醇 -水 (2 7∶73)为流动相 ,流速为 0 9ml·min-1 ,检测波长为 31 7nm。替硝唑在 1 6~ 48μg·m1 -1 范围内线性关系良好 ,r=0 9999,平均回收率 99 6 % ,RSD =1 1 8%。该法简便、快速、专属性好 ,结果准确。
An RP-HPLC method is established for the content determination of tinidazole in tinidazole suppositories. The chromatographic system consists of Lichrosorb C 18 column (5μm, 200mm×4 6mm) and mobile phase of methanol-water(27∶73), with flow rate of 0 9ml·min -1 and column temperature at room temperature. The detection wavelength was 317nm. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 16~48μg·ml -1 . The correlation coefficient is 0 9999. The average recovery of tinidazole was 99 6% with RSD=1 18%. The method is simple, rapid and high specificity and the result was accurate and reliable.
