摘要
目的:合成连有三氯甲基的稠杂环化舍物,并研究其波谱(特别是质谱)的特征。方法:3-芳基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑与三氯乙酸在三氯氧磷存在条件下关环,合成了3-芳基-6-三氯甲基-1,2,4-三唑并[3,4-b]-1,3,4-噻二唑。结果:这三个新化合物结构经元素分析、红外光谱、氢谱与质谱确证。结论:这些化舍物质谱都有分子离子峰。当分子中有三个氯原子时,M+6:M+4:M+2:M=4:11:100:100。
Objective:To synthesize some fused heterocycles containing trichloromethyl group and to study their mass spectral properties.Methods: Gave 3-aryl-6-trichloromethyl -1, 2, 4-triazolo[3, 4-b]-l, 3, 4-thiadiazoles was synthesized during the cyclizarjon of 3-aryl-4-amino-5-meroapto-1 ,2,4-triazoles with trichloroacetic acid in the presence of phospho-rylchloride.Results:The structures of the three novel compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis.IR/H NMR and mass spectra.Conclusion:In the mass spectra,all the compounds have molecular ion peaks. M + 6: M+4: M+2: M is e-qual to 4:11:100; 100 when there are three chlorine atoms in a molecule.
