胚胎干细胞诱导分化为神经细胞治疗帕金森病的前瞻与现状 被引量:7

摘要 帕金森病(Parkinson'sdisease,PD)为常见的中枢神经系统退行性疾病之一,其主要病理改变为中脑黑质多巴胺能神经元变性、缺失。胚胎干细胞(embryonicstemcells,ESc)是一种从早期胚胎分离、能在体外经抑制分化后无限增殖,高度未分化的全能干细胞。在全反式维A酸和无血清培养等诱导下,ES细胞可分化为神经元及神经胶质细胞等,为中枢神经退行性疾病的细胞移植治疗提供了丰富的种子细胞来源。将ESc分化为神经元移植治疗PD,在动物实验中已取得初步成效。
