摘要 为观察人多形核白细胞 (PMN)对链球菌组蛋白样蛋白 (HlpA)释放的影响 ,将PMN与链球菌以一定比例共同作用后取上清液做免疫印迹试验。发现与抗HlpA抗体特异性结合的蛋白条带。提示PMN作用于链球菌后 。 The objective of the study was to evaluate the effect of human PMN on Streptococcus HlpA release. Streptococcus was cultured with human PMN in different proportions and Western Blot was done to measure HlpA in the culture supernatant. There was one protein band combined specifically with anti-HlpA on Western Blot. The result indicates HlpA could be released from Streptococcus after being treated with human PMN, which is more than spontaneous release.
