摘要
目的 研究链球菌HlpA对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞 (MΦ)产生IL 1的作用。方法 用RINm5F细胞产氮量测定IL 1活性。结果 链球菌HlpA(0~ 10 0 μg mL)在体外以剂量和时间依赖方式促进MΦ产生IL 1(P <0 .0 0 1)。LTA和HlpA的混合物对IL 1的产生呈协同增强作用 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;肝素则起抑制作用 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 纯化的链球菌HlpA在体外刺激小鼠腹腔MΦ产生IL 1;HlpA和LTA对MΦ的IL 1产生呈协同增强作用。
ObjectiveOur goal was to evaluate the effect of Strept oc occus HlpA on interleukin 1(IL 1)production by murine perito neal MΦ. Methods IL 1 activity was measured by means of nitrite production from RINm5F cell.Results The IL 1 production by MΦ induced w ith Streptococcal HlpA were time and concentration dependent in vitro. There was a synergistic increased response on the production of IL 1 induced by the mixture of HlpA and LTA, compared to HlpA alone(P<0.001). On the contrary, the addition of heparin could inhibit IL 1 production(P<0.001). Conclusions Streptococcal HlpA could induce enhanced IL 1 production b y murine peritoneal MΦ in vitro. There was significant synergism for IL 1 production when HlpA and LTA stimulated cells together.
