摘要
本文介绍了DCES压铸缺陷及对策专家系统的构造原理。在广泛收集领域知识的基础上 ,对压铸过程中常见的缺陷、原因及对策进行了归纳整理 ,确定了三者之间的逻缉对应关系。采用了产生式规则、框架及过程等知识表达方式 ,使用正向和模糊推理机制及优先权法求解策略 ,较好地应用了领域专家处理压铸缺陷时的思路和方法。
The construction of an expert system for the die casting defects analysis and their corrective countermeasures are introduced. On the basis of gathering the field knowledge, the common die casting defects, their causes and corrective countermeasures occurring during die casting process are summarized, and their logical relationship is established. The defects are divided into three basic categories covering geometric defects, surface defects and internal defects. The first procedure for solving a defect is to identify defect, then relative coefficient and parameters being used are checked to determine the real causes for a particular defect. At the third step, corrective suggestions are given with corrective sequence and corrective quantity. Three sub knowledge bases are employed to store field knowledge such as defect diagnosis, corrective countermeasures and recommended process conditions for different alloys and different die castings. According to the characteristic of the field knowledge, production rule, frame and procedure are used as knowledge representation scheme. Forward chaining and fuzzy inference as well as priority value inference mechanisms are introduced to solve the die casting defects. The system simulates the resolution technique employed by human expert in eliminating or reducing die casting defects.
